Go West Window and Exterior Clean was born from a spark of opportunity and a desire for change. Founded by Justin West, the business began with two clear goals: escape the uncertainty of a corporate job as the company was set to close and, most importantly, create more time to spend with his family.
With nothing more than a borrowed pressure washer and a relentless drive, Justin started working on his days off to build the brand. As word spread, the demand quickly grew—customers began asking for window cleaning services, too. Then came a moment that felt like fate. His neighbor was selling his van, and in an act of kindness, told Justin, “Take the van and pay me back once you’ve made enough money.” It was a game-changing moment, and Justin seized the opportunity.
Seeing a gap in the local market for exterior cleaning services, Justin gradually scaled the business while cutting back hours at his corporate job. As his customer base grew, he knew it was time to go full-time before the door shut a his current corporate job.
With Justin’s corporate sales experience as a powerful asset, Justin pushed Go West forward—expanding his services, building a talented team, and continuously growing his loyal customer base. What started as a simple let see what happens and has now become a thriving local business, all driven by Justin’s passion, hard work, and unwavering commitment to delivering top-notch service!

Guaranteed Service Quality
We’re committed to delivering an exceptional window cleaning service with a guaranteed level of service. If you’re not completely satisfied with any part of our work, simply reach out to us within 24 hours of the clean, and we’ll return to re-clean the job free of charge. If you contact us after 24 hours, we’ll still return to re-clean for free, provided we’re working in or near your area.
With a re-clean ratio of just 0.25%, this means that only 1 in 400 jobs requires a follow-up clean, and most of the time, it’s just a single window that needs attention. We’re proud to maintain this high level of service consistency and customer satisfaction.
